Ik my meds impact my appetite bad, but I didnt realize it was cutting my intake in half bad. I need to actually use my calorie tracker to make sure I'm eating enough.

For those who say "I cant have this little cookie it'll ruin my appetite and i wont be able to eat my dinner," I get it now I really do. Probly not for the same reason but my appetite being shot already really makes it to where a cookie ruins my lunch appetite
