You are understanding it correctly! Through no fault of their own, despite being approved for SIJS, they may still be deported because Congress decided to link SIJS to visa availability, visas are so backlogged that that means a multi-year wait, and SIJS itself doesn't protect from deportation.

They were already investigated. That’s why DOJ has files and are protecting the names of the people who should be arrested. That’s why Epstein was in jail. That’s why Maxwell is in “jail”.

He thinks we’re as stupid as he is. 🙄

Trump is opening an "investigation" because that precludes DOJ from being allowed to release the files.

IMHO, it was Julie Brown’s relentless reporting on Epstein’s “Sweetheart” deal and on the case and then Rachel Maddow interviewing her periodically on her show that brought this back to the forefront with a vengeance. I’m so grateful for these two women!💙

We inherited” is the new “but her emails.” They take responsibility for nothing. Who deported workers in the food production industry? Who imposed massive tariffs on finished goods, agricultural products. and raw materials? Who promised to lower prices “on day one”?
