نشعر بالقلق إزاء عدم تنفيذ الاتفاقات السابقة التي جرى التوصل إليها مع الأطراف المعنية لإنهاء الوجود الإرهابي في هذه المناطق حتى الآن.

‏- نتابع التطورات والأحداث من كثب، تماشياً مع التزامنا وحدة ⁧‫#سوريا‬⁩ وسلامة أراضيها، وأولويتنا في مكافحة الإرهاب

نتابع من كثب ازدياد هجمات التنظيمات الإرهابية ضد المدنيين وضد تركيا في تل رفعت ومنبج، التي تحاول الاستفادة من بيئة عدم الاستقرار الحالية.

من الأهمية بمكان بالنسبة إلى تركيا تجنب مزيد من عدم الاستقرار وعدم إلحاق الأذى بالمدنيين.

الاشتباكات الأخيرة أدت إلى تصعيد غير مرغوب فيه للتوترات بالمنطقة.

حذرنا على منصات دولية مختلفة من أن الهجمات الأخيرة على إدلب وصلت إلى مستوى يقوِّض روح وتنفيذ اتفاقيات أستانا، وأن هناك خسائر كبيرة في صفوف المدنيين. وأكدنا ضرورة وضع حد لهذه الهجمات.

منذ عام 2017، جرى التوصل إلى عدة اتفاقيات بشأن منطقة خفض التصعيد في إدلب. وتلتزم تركيا بجدية متطلبات جميع الاتفاقيات التي هي طرف فيها.
