Header of Nature paper 'A spatial human thymus cell atlas mapped to a continuous tissue axis' with examples of CITE-seq data analysis results and a Shiny App logo.
If you like scRNA-seq, you'll love CITE-seq. π Exploring thymocyte development through this multimodal data set has been utterly fascinating and the level of detail captured by RNA & protein is a real game changer. Get a glimpse of it with our shiny appβ¨
