Otherwise, yes, if they can't ship an item they just credit you the money to buy it yourself. The withdrawal process has fees and is a PITA and my biggest gripe.

They do add a percentage on top of the item cost for the buyer but I have found it convenient to have a wishlist organized in one place. I have referral codes if you decide! :)
