ˣ ❄️⠀⠀RUBY ⠀⠀MILLER⠀⠀ (Parody⠀⠀! ⠀)

Ruby’s going to open her eyes almost immediately when Tommy placed her down into bed and is now going to look at him whilst sniffling ever so slightly.

“Dad can you stay please? Just for a good few minutes? I-I don’t want to be alone right now to be honest with you.”

“I don’t want a massage. I don’t really think I can concentrate on a movie or playing a game. Maybe I should just go to sleep. Might feel better if I do that.”

Ruby’s going to let out a soft sigh as she’s now laying down on the bed and looks up at the ceiling again.

“I don’t want to avoid him. It’s bad enough Violet’s just pulling herself back more and more. I mean I don’t even know if she even wants to be apart of the family anymore.”

Ruby’s going to let out another groan of frustration mostly because there really isn’t anything she can do to help.

“I’m so sorry. I didn’t know that you was getting beaten. I’m so so sorry daddy.” Ruby’s voice is going to crack ever so slightly now as she’s just going to bury her head into his shoulder and starts to cry.

Ruby’s staying like that for a good few minutes before she stops as she’s fallen asleep.

“I don’t want to sleep right now to be honest with you. I feel like that be a bad idea ya know? Especially since my mind is going to go a little insane.”

Ruby is going to let out a small sigh, her hands on her lap now as she’s glancing down at the floor for a second and sighs again.

“But it just gets annoying you know. I mean I get it he’s my dad but still it’s just really annoying that it’s constant. But I also love him which is even more annoying.”

Ruby’s going to just shake her head ever so slightly and is now going to glance over at Odette once more.

Ruby however was still awake when Tommy came home and is immediately going to stand up and grab him by the arm before pulling him into the tightest hug she can muster.

“I’m sorry. I’m so sorry for what I said dad. I didn’t mean it and I’m sorry for being such an ass. You just want to protect me.”

“It’s nothing I promise. I guess I’m just tired but that’s all okay? You don’t need to worry about me I swear. Just exhausted or something.”

Ruby is going to smile small at Odette now with her soon wiping away a tear and sniffles once again. “Sorry I erm poked myself in the eye.”

“Yeah I guess so but I’m punished anyways so it doesn’t make a difference. But hey I’ll be fine since I’m used to this. Don’t worry about it okay?”

Ruby is going to let out a small sigh with her soon wiping her eyes again and is glancing down at the floor once again.

Ruby is deep down hurt that her Dad just walked off instead which doesn’t help how she’s feeling so heads home herself and goes to her room without speaking to anyone in the house.

Ruby’s not coming down for breakfast in the morning and instead is getting ready to go do her punishment.

“Yeah cause then I’ll just get a punishment for hurting myself and Violet will cause she helped hide it but oh no if Ebony and Benji get hurt they will get the whole coddled treatment.”

Ruby is just going to shake her head slightly now to her words. “So please don’t tell them okay?”

“I’m fine really plus I am hungry and I don’t mind cooking. I couldn’t really think of something else to do so that’s why I said I was going to make some food.”

Ruby is going to smile at Odette now with her soon grabbing everything she needs to make some pasta dish.

Ruby is just going to stay quiet, glancing down at the floor for a good few minutes before finally speaking up but she’s also holding back her tears.

“Why is it me and Violet always get into trouble but if this was Benji and Ebony you wouldn’t bother? Is it because they are biologically yours?”

“Oh Violet got rid of that too. See nothing to worry about. It’s how Violet is able to hide her bites and such from our parents. Just a flick and it’s gone. Plus it’s better than worrying them since they have Benji and Ebony.”

Ruby seems to just give a small smile before hugging Odette slightly.

“Erm maybe we can have some dinner? I mean that sounds like a really good idea don’t you think? Yeah I’m gonna go and make dinner for us all.”

Ruby’s giving them one final thumbs up before heading into the kitchen to go and start preparing some food for them.

“We don’t feel unwanted by you and mum. We was saying we felt unwanted cause of our birth parents. Dropped at a church and Violet was dumped on someone who didn’t want her.”

Ruby knows she’s in trouble so decides to speak up again to try and settle the situation. “We was also very careful Dad.”

“I don’t wanna worry my mom or my aunt. They have enough to handle and if I tell either one of them then there is a chance they will tell my Dad and you know what he’s like.”

Ruby is now getting to Violet and lets out a relived sigh when Violet heals her hand with just a flick of her wrist.

Violet is almost immediately using her reality warping abilities to make the wall a soft, padded mat that usually found in a soft play area whilst glancing over to Ruby and gives her a look.

Ruby’s now looking over at Odette and gently presses a kiss against her cheek. “I still love you silly.”

“I think it’s more cause we both been through stuff I guess. We got that connection of having birth parents that didn’t really want us plus we erm totally didn’t destroy Shaw’s place together.”

Ruby’s now going to get her horse to start walking but is also waiting to see what Tommy says.

Ruby is going to look at Odette now, a frown gracing her features but is going to nod her head anyways whilst gently keeping an eye on the burn on her hand.

“Yeah of course we can. I was going to ask my sister to help with this burn if you want to come and join us me.”

“It’s not your fault Odette. I- I never should have been so dismissive but I was just scared. It’s not that I don’t want children it’s just that I don’t know anything from my birth family medical wise.”

Ruby is going to glance down now as she’s beginning to gently wipe away a few tears that fell.

“I really want to do this and do does Violet. I mean Violet was the one who found the spell first and said we could do it. She said she doesn’t want to be associated and truth be told I don’t care about my real parents.”

Ruby is going to look at Tommy now as she’s waiting for her words to sink in.

Ruby is stood holding her hand underneath the cold water for a good ten to fifteen minutes but is in pain for the most part. She’s debating on going to her sister since Violet is helping with the evening gate watch.

That’s when Ruby makes the choice to slip out to go and find her by the gate.

Violet being close is helping Ruby realise that she needs to be honest about her deepest fears.

“The reason I don’t want kids is because I’m scared! My birth mum abandoned me and I don’t even know what I inherited from her. What if I pass it on to our baby? What if I mess it up by accident?”

Ruby is going to frown ever so slightly but that’s when she’s got an idea. She had remembered back to a conversation her and Violet had late at night about the unlimited potential with her magic.

“What if I told you Violet could maybe rewrite our biology so we could be your biological daughters.”

Ruby on the other hand can’t seem to sleep and is tossing and turning for most of the night. That’s when she’s getting out of bed and begins to make her way downstairs to make some tea.

However, her hand gonna slip when grabbing the mug which makes it shatter to the ground and burn her hand. “Ow!”

“You know you two argue inside of your heads too. It’s almost questionable that you can argue inside of your thoughts too.” Violet is coming into the room now with her pointing at the chair to sit them both down.

“You two sit down right now. We are going to have a nice discussion about this issue.”

Ruby is going to just go quiet now but apart of her is feeling guilty for the fact that she ever even brought up the fact that she doesn’t want kids or have a family together.

Instead, Ruby’s going to clear her throat again before speaking. “Would you prefer being with someone who wants kids?”

“You know what it doesn’t matter. I’m gonna go and change into my pyjamas and maybe we can just chill out and watch a movie instead. I think that be a better idea.”

Ruby’s getting up now and is soon heading upstairs to go and change into a pair of her long sleeved pyjamas.

“Oh come on Dad I was still well like eighteen or something. But do you ever wish that you got to raise me and my sister when we were babies? Like do you ever wish that was a thing?”

Ruby is going to stop for a moment as she’s waiting now to see what exactly her Dad would say to that.
