Then you tell us to work on training and update our resumes. So we do that! We’re taking training in AI, business analytics, whatever we think will better our future. We update our resumes because you tell us that management is committed to placing us in MEANINGFUL and important positions that match our skills. Now we get FORCED into GS-7 tax analysis and CSR roles being told it’s a 120 day detail. Except training is 13 weeks long!!! Yeah ok so we will work for 3 weeks? No one is buying that. Be honest!! We are human beings We have families. We have planned leave. We have medical appointments. Our kids have spring break and after school activities. We have other obligations. You’re messing with our schedules. Our lives. We need to move on and can’t do that if you keep stringing us along. We should accept that our careers are over and seek other employment? You’re using us because too many people quit because they were told they weren’t needed and should go find meaningful work in the private sector. Now tax season is at risk and we are being used as property to save the tax season. no one is looking at our resumes right? Just BE HONEST.
