So, to finish off the last of the groups you can play, yes the Saurians also have their own form of undead that you can take. If you resurrect when playing a Saurian, you become a Swamp Dweller.

There's one more group after the Orcs that's playable in The Simple Rogue. This group is the Saurians. A people that lives in Swamps of the land, they have a tough hide and an obsession with shoes.

As always, the Orcs also have their own form if resurrected as an undead. If you play as an Orc and end up resurrected, you return as a Death Knight.

The second to last group that we have in The Simple Rogue are the Orcs. This is a hardy people that live in the Solemn End Desert. This gives them a bit of a resistance to fire.

Because we here love to knwo what draws people to RPG games, we are throwing out a question today, what is your favorite thing you've ever seen in an RPG you've played?

So, as with the other raises, if you play as a human and end up having to be resurrected, you actually become a vampire.

Okay, had a little break from introducing you to the different groups, so today, we're onto the next! All RPGs seem to have humans and The Simple Rogue is no different. Hailing from the Central Plains, humans in this world are nomadic and the ones that introduced the concept of traveling circuses.

The Simple Rogue has books, as mentioned before, and those books are readable with fun facts that build the world in which the game takes place. This even includes fairy tales. One of the books is called A Badger's Tale, which is a lovely story of one badger realizing just what's important in life.

In world building, you want to make it immersive. Random facts can do this. Here is a fact about Saurians, a group you'll soon meet.

Saurians have a native animal that they keep as pets. These creatures are called Vurvurs. They look like scales cats with forked tongues and 6 pairs of legs.

Yesterday you found out about the gnomes, but even they aren't immortal. So what do you become if you rise again in the game, you become a mummy.

So, we've seen the elves, the dwarves, and the badgers, so who is the next group that you get to pay in The Simple Rogue? This group are the Gnomes. The Gnomes live in Haleheart Timberland. They specialize in engineering and pick up mental skills faster than everyone else.

Continuing the vein here, when you play as one of the dwarves in The Simple Rogue, like the others, you can resurrect as an undead. For the Dwarves, you rise as a Zombie. So, here you are.

The next playable group for The Simple Rogue are the Dwarves. This group lives in the Palatine Mountains and have a natural focus on mining and resistance to ice.

So, what happens if you play the elf in the game and lose all your health? Well, you can resurrect and become an undead character like with the other groups you can play. For the elven group, you rise as a lich.

The next group you can be a member of in The Simple Rogue are the elves. The elves live in the Immemorial Forests. These people are known for being rather arrogant and also the best at elemental magics. If you want to have an easier time learning magic, then choosing an elf is a great option.

Continuing with the whole introduction of groups and the badgers from yesterday, you need to understand that running out of HP in The Simple Rogue isn't necessarily the end of your game. You can be risen as an undead. So, what kind of undead are you if you're a badger, you become a Wendigo!

The first of the different groups you can find in the world of The Simple Rogue are the Badgers. The Badgers live in the forests known as the Threadbare Highland. The Badgers make great rogue like characters and have a higher stealth.

The world of The Simple Rogue is different from our own and every group you can choose to play has its own land. Lets show you all the map of the world that you're going to dive into when playing The Simple Rogue.

Testing is always a part of programming and making games, but what do you do when you're making a dungeon? Well, best way, create a test dungeon that lets you make sure things work in an incremental level. Here's some of one of our test dungeons.
