Defining and characterizing team resilience in elite sport
The objectives of this study were to develop a definition of team resilience and to identify the resilient characteristics of elite sport teams.Focus β¦
βTeam resilience is a dynamic process that protects us from shared stressors and helps us adapt.β
This idea from Morgan, Fletcher, & Sarkar hits home right now. Science isnβt a solo gameβitβs our ability to stick together and adapt that keeps us going.
