Modeling tip!
Model your tails/tentacles/whiskers/etc in a straight pose, then pose them later. You'll see a BIG difference in how you can pose them!

Don't forget that that's literally just equalizing the field: your employer uses the threat of financial loss to "encourage" you to work for them. It's only fair you could wield the threat of financial loss to "encourage" them to treat you and your colleagues fairly. That's it. That is all it is.

Just to be 100% clear: do not *trust* your employers - that's super silly. The relationship is economical, not based in loyalty, trust, or kindness. There's no judgement in forming a union, just understanding that capitalism requires a risk of financial loss to get companies to do the right thing.
