Repression is not something that comes "after" the movement. It is not a custodial task. Building police centers and concentration camps, rounding up workers on a farm, are also all acts of repression that we resist. They fight us, we fight them back. It's as simple as that.

Trial days are set to run 9-5 M-F. Lunch will be provided daily for court attendees.

Fire Ant Movement Defense was created as a response to the repression here in Atlanta against the Stop Cop City movement, but we have always held at our center that we are part of a long and powerful lineage of people fighting for anarchist ideals and facing the full brunt of the state because of it

🚨COURT SUPPORT RALLY🚨

On Wednesday May 28 at 1 pm, there will be a discovery hearing for the RICO61. Join us for a rally outside the court house to let the state, the judge, and the 61 RICO co defendants know that we are watching and won't stop until ALL the charges are dropped.

The prosecutor is attempting to submit 50gb of new evidence, even tho the deadline closed a year ago. Cop city case is a disaster.

Supporters showed up early this morning to support defendants facing RICO charges in relation to the Stop Cop City movement with coffee, food, literature and banners calling for the freeing of Rodney Hinton and the dropping of the "bogus RICO charges"

The court has seized phones in the overflow room. It is not clear if those phones are safe, or if law enforcement is now alone with them.

The judge is compelling all lawyers to particularize motions, since the cases are severed.

33 defendants have proposed a way forward for the case. The judge says he wants to see a copy of the proposal.

Status hearing has begun. Judge tells prosecutor John fowler he needs to wake up and start answering his phone.
