Went back out there again and talked with the manager (Daniel) and he gave me and my friend some free stuff for all the trouble after explaining/showing my dms/etc

Still no mug but we are making progress since he said he can indeed set one aside next restock🙏🏾

So the actual manager on the ground had never heard of my situation ever so the Sonic Speed Cafe social media people have just been freestyling on my ass this whole time
