It seems to have to do with the length of the debug log growing beyond the size of the frame its in, though I could be wrong.

On my phone (Galaxy A15 5G) with the most recent github release of the app, pressing the Start Scanning button causes the top section with the app title, export, trash, and settings buttons to change color, flickering back and forth between orange and white.
