Je vous dis tout ça mais je suis une utilisatrice repentie de chat GPT (notamment grâce à @eeios_) Mais utiliser les IA pour rédiger des posts, des mails, trouver des idées, reformuler et organiser un projet... Ce sont des choses que je faisais et que j'ai arrêté de faire Pour ne pas passer pour la vieille conne qui ne veut pas s'adapter, je me suis frottée aux IA, en essayant d'avoir un regard neutre dessus, en ne clamant pas de suite que c'est de la merde. J'ai regardé les productions graphiques, vidéos, vocales, de traduction et de rédaction (j'en ai utilisé certaines) Et après 2 ans d'expérience et d'utilisation à un point de vue "outil du quotidien et parfois utilisation pro", je vous le dis: c'est de la merde, c'est une aberration écologique (et ce n'est pas être alarmiste de citer ce point), c'est du vol honteux de propriété intellectuelle, c'est très très à peu près au niveau des connaissances, ce n'est aucunement comparable à du travail pro, ça ne nous aide aucunement en tant qu'humain sensible à nous améliorer et d'apprendre de nouvelles choses, de se confronter à des difficultés et d'apprendre. Arrêtez d'utiliser ça même pour des blagues, même pour corriger un post, pour organiser un devoir, vraiment on a un super cerveau qui nous permet de le faire

Je parle ici d'une utilisation quotidienne, quasi systématique des IA plutôt que via d'autres outils certes plus longs et exigeants sur les formations. Je me cogne de votre avis si vous l'utilisez bien et que vous, vous avez une utilisation censée car vous avez les bons outils. Je parle du commun des humains qui fait rédiger et générer ses posts par chat GPT pour se faciliter la vie ou générer des images pour des blagues. Tout ça pour produire encore plus de contenu, parfois vide pour flatter les algorithmes. Je le rappelle, les étés sont de plus en plus chauds, l'eau est nécessaire et utile, je vous en conjure : questionnez votre usage des IA, je ne vous dis pas de tout arrêter c'est extrêmement compliqué de nos jours mais juste questionnez vos usages. Je suis tannée qu'on me dise de m'y adapter, que je suis juste une vieille conne qui réagis comme les artistes tradis à l'arrivée de Photoshop. Non. C'est une aberration écologique sur une planète déjà en crise, du vol de propriété intellectuelle à des professions déjà précaire et un nivellement vers le bas des connaissances et de nos capacités créatives, de rédaction, de réflexion et de formation.

En tant que professionnels, on nous en demande toujours plus sur des compétences que nous n'avons pas forcément. En tant qu'illustratrice, je suis aussi communicante, gestionnaire de boutique, secrétaire, comptable, juriste, traductrice, rédactrice... Questionnons les demande qu'on nous fait, n'utilisons pas les IA sans en connaître les conséquences. Évidemment que c'est utile, évidemment que ça facilite la vie. Mais peut-être aussi qu'on pourrait faire moins de choses et plus prendre le temps de réellement se former et de prendre le temps de la réflexion?

Pour parler de mon métier en tant qu'illustratrice de dinosaures, je suis immensément triste et déçue quand je vois des parcs, des festivals, des salons ayant recours aux IA génératives pour leur communication visuelle. Déjà, tous vos dinos sont faux alors que ce genre de choses sous mon stylet n'arriverai jamais. Et pour parler vulgarisation scientifique car c'est ce que je souhaite mener avec @paleoartae Quelle image donnez-vous au public? Une illustration n'est pas seulement une image, ce sont des recherches scientifiques, des recherches de composition, de couleurs... C'est un métier et un savoir faire qui s'acquiert au fil de longues années de travail, POUR QUI VOUS PRENEZ VOUS POUR PENSER NOUS REMPLACER? Quelle image donnez vous au grand public? On les abreuve d'images sans réflexions, sans recherches ni scientifiques ni graphiques. Comment donner l'envie aux futures générations de créer si vous considérez que l'image est seulement un support visuel?
