It took me forever to understand Twitter's new "chat" feature, and why I couldn't see messages on my phone. It turns out "chat" is separate from DMs, even though you can see DMs in "chat." On mobile there's no button for "chat," only DMs. You have to open the side panel to find it. Annoying.

As a client, I'd like something that tells me you're organized. If you're not consistently making stuff or releasing stuff on Patreon, I'd like to see either a Trello, or some sort of public queue. If I'm paying $200 I need evidence of some sort of public presence.
