Winter Wonder Lard VI (I’m Too Sixy For My Lard), Bristol’s premier Lardy day, will be held on Saturday 7th February 2026 at Bristol Independent Gaming.

So far we have had thirteen Lardy games offered to be put on at the event... #SpreadTheLard

Day Two (today) of 'Beast From The East' #SharpPractice event saw two resounding victories for Eltjo and my Russo-Prussian force, swiftly capturing the town and fighting off the French in game one and spiking the guns and my dragoons smashing a six group French column in the second! #SpreadTheLard

Saturday was day one of the #SharpPractice 'Beast From The East' event at BIG Bristol my Prussians being paired with Eltjo's Russians against all French comers. Game one was something of a losing draw but game two a glorious victory for our cavalry heavy Russo-Prussian force! #SpreadTheLard

Been a busy few days - Friday saw son and heir back on stage with his band for the first time in a while, and they were really good... #Blacklist #AltRock

Played #OnBloodyGround with Phil, Jen & Michael last night. Sparta crushed the impudent Persians in a bloody battle that felt closer than it was (killing the Persian general really helped!). Good fun, will have to dust off my Athenians and paint up the Spartans in 2026...
