Paper alert: TNF and IFN-I play opposing roles in regulating pDC antigen presentation. We mapped the pDC-to-cDC reprogramming journey epigenetically, transcriptionally and functionally. And we saw it in action in human aging and inflammation! doi.org/10.1038/s415...
