My students love manga and have asked for it! I read the first volume and had concerns because I wasn't sure how dark/intense it may get. I might just start with the first couple. Thanks!

I have most of these in my middle school library already, but I'm always looking for more soccer books. Anyone have any suggestions? πŸ’™πŸ“š #TLSky

I don't trust my memory anymore sadly and am worried about having a "did I take this already???" moment of panic without it

I found a NASA document that is a history of wake-up songs played for astronauts since the Gemini missions. It’s not complete, but includes songs played to Skylab, the ISS, and to Sojourner and Spirit on Mars. I am beside myself. 1/2

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?
2? Questions
I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

If anyone needs me I will be in the museum, lying down next to the bog bodies.

In honor of spooky month, share a 4 word horror story that only someone in your profession would understand:

Happy October! (With some appropriate, fall-themed kissing books recs to match) It might not be cold for everyone, but these books are primed to get you in sweater-weather mode.

The first OFFICIAL installment of #KissingBooks is back with a cozy fantasy, a monster romance, and one of my all-time favorite horror authors who has never let me down with the smooching. Also, an assortment of links!
