Because we mind our business, don't go out, don't have as many smokers and drinkers, and because a lot of us lost our childhoods to the recession and we grew up too fast with technology. We long for the childhoods we were rushed through, so we hold onto them as much as we can, making us younger 😂

Which is why when be broke up with me it was a huge shock, to not only me, but both of our families. I still blame myself sometimes. I've been so busy and stressed with school and work. I've had a lot of mental breakdowns. He's gone, but I still wish people would stop saying I deserve better...

Thanks to my exercise physiology class, I am on a 53 day streak of logging my food in MyFitnessPal. That's the longest streak I've ever had. And it's all because my professor wanted us to keep fitness journals. I will keep this habit I think. Or I hope anyway
