I feel better too. At night I don’t have acid in my throat making me cough. I have noticed little differences in my figure. Am I confident enough to post a selfie? No. I don’t know when that will come. But I’m proud of my progress I have made. Thank you Mom for helping me, and believing in me. <3

Month 6 on this fitness journey.

I just recounted, yeah half a year. Wowie. This is truly the longest I’ve stuck to working out. I went to the doctor and got told I lost 7 pounds, which is amazing. I’m doing my measurements Sunday and I’m excited to see what they are.

- I now understand why Mark went to the hospital because blood got into his eye. Holy moly.
- I liked the underlying vision of perseverance. No matter what, you don’t give up. Something that I follow personally.
- All and all, definitely a good watch. Shows that indie movies have a place here. ❤️

Iron Lung thoughts.

- Overall liked the movie. There was only one scene that gave me a headache and I had to look away. But other then that, good flick.
- I see what people mean when it’s said the middle part is slow. But it’s clear it’s MEANT to be that way. It’s a descendant into madness.
