One of the hardest things about having a business was having employees. People don't talk about that enough.

I don't think I ever want to have employees again. It's so heartbreaking. I think every disciplinary act was worse for me than it was for the employee.

I used to believe that AI was all hype. I just couldn't see it.
And now I think it can be a great equalizer.

My ChatGPT is teaching me command-line coding by emulating an old wizard game. I have created a pet balrog that roars with a shell command.
