Today we went to the Korean neighborhood.
Since it's residential, there weren't many things to tourist but we loved going out!!
we saw koi carp and they're so cute (despite asking for food when they're already cutely fat) >⁠.⁠<

It's been sunny and rainy here for about two weeks, summer here is funny.

I've never tried sliced bread, but I think if you make it with small amounts of milk, it will be good. We use baguettes bc of the quantity, enough for the whole family to eat or to give to loved ones.

what it tastes like? google says it taste like dulce de leche but the ones here in Brazil are really sweet and these seem to be milder in flavor (I have a low tolerance for sugar :'))

And of course, you don't need to use all the bread or all those quantities if you're just making it for a casual snack. Eating it the next day is just to make it taste better bc of the sugar and cinna, but it's also delicious on the same day.

One additional note: about the bread being very soaked in milk and egg, it really depends, bc if you don't soak it properly it might be dry after frying.

It was quite common in the 2000s to have a cake with a rice paper cutout of something or yourself printed on it. Today it's more common to stick toothpicks with images into the cake (Rice paper doesn't taste good, even though it's edible... I recommend not eating it if you see any)

my birthday was really great after a few days have passed, I think I can understand a little bit how good moments can be created (on the day I wasn't thinking about anything, I cried all day to be honest) but I'm happy, now I'm thinking about the months to come with hope !!!
