Or to put it another way, people who claim a higher minimum wage will make things too expensive are full of shit cause everything continues to get expensive anyway and the working class continues to suffer.

In 2009, Taco Bell had a burrito for 89¢. That same burrito is now $4.99. In the same timeframe, the minimum wage has remained $7.25/hour.

Despite this, a city near me just voted to raise the minimum wage, and all the FB comments are about how this will make everything more expensive.

Not to be dramatic, but I will no longer buy Coke products because of this shit.
