I have a day off work. That means I’m spending as much time naked and doing something I enjoy.

I did some naked camping for the first time. It was an amazing experience. The more time I spend naked the less I want to get dressed.

I didn’t even realize today is work World Naked Hiking Day. Good thing I was already participating.

I’ve been struggling to find naked time lately. I need to be naked in order to maintain my sanity.

The morning light is my favorite time of day. I love watching the sun come up. Now if it wasn’t below freezing outside. Also I look like I’m scowling but really I’m not 😀

I stole some much needed naked hot tub time last night. It has been too long since I’ve had a nice soak.

I feel like one of the best ways we can promote a healthy society especially improving mental health is to encourage more social nudity. People should see each other naked in nonsexual settings like the beach, swimming, parks, and at home. When people are nude together they remove social status.

I live in a place where public nudity is illegal. I have family who was charged with indecency for peeing in the forest. I’ve had the police called to my house because someone saw me naked through a window. I think criminalizing nudity is an injustice in itself and makes society unhealthy.

Steeling a few moments for myself. These moments seem to be few and far between.

I’m not ready to get my day started. It means I will have to get dressed. I am not okay with that today.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve had a good opportunity to get comfortable.

Being naked is what makes me happy.
