Totalement d’accord avec ça… je suis paradoxalement parfois plus efficace pour faire de la science dans les moments de bourre dans les interstices, que pendant les périodes de relatif creux, où on a juste envie de souffler un peu.

Can relate. En même temps c’est naturel/humain, pareil, je culpabilise plus de rien faire de très productif après 3h de cours ! La c’est pareil mais sur une echelle de temps plus longue… le cerveau est juste pas cablé comme ça, en tout cas pas le mien….

On my way to Innsbruck by train through Zurich - since there is no direct flight, train is (i) cheaper (~150€) (ii) faster (8.5h) and (iii) infinitely more comfortable.

oups - I just realized I forgot a flight to Sicily :-( so much for 2025 😅 still quite a reduction ....

and it happened : I just came to realize I didn't fly for work in 2025 (I did fly a bit for personal reasons). It wasn't an objective per se, but just being (a bit) picky, and looking for train alternatives when possible did the trick. and I did go to IT, NL, CH, UK, GE, CZ.
