watching #winnipeg city council this morning + appreciate the people who take time to prepare + speak at city hall, whose care means taking time off work or school - seemingly only to have a gavel bent on hammering the synonymous notes of support out of them

My understanding was that the BRT infrastructure was to be built so that once the city population reached a mil, an LRT could be established on the BRT.
Unfortunately, I think foresight has not proven effective in current admin
