im tired of suddenly being ignored while not knowing what i did wrong. can't people just tell me what it is?

feelings of guilt, regret, shame, sadness, anger, frustration, betrayal, fatigue. everything's just mixing in my brain, turning this into something awful in my mind and taking over it. i want to do something but I feel and am powerless. i fucking hate this
