@snp.org constituency voters need to use their list vote tactically and in my opinion vote Green with there second vote if the SNP are going to do well in the constituency vote in their region otherwise it is a wasted vote. It will only help Reform and the other unionist parties.

The complainer is the member of the SNP who made the initial allegation in relation to their donation.

But they can’t mention the detail as it would be sub judice

I agree the reporting of this case today is sensationalising the purchases with no other information. It’ll be interesting to see how it progresses or even if it doesn’t and as you suggest it collapses.

I think this makes sense as any trial could influence the election and sub judice is still in play preventing discussion of the case in the media until after the election. It would have been weaponised by the Unionist media and this goes some way to prevent it.

In relation to the Murrel case the victim of this alleged crime is the @snp.org as it was their money that it is alleged was embezzled. It will be portrayed in the unionist media as an anti SNP story in the build up to the election forgetting that the SNP is the victim if he is proven Guilty.
