The Department of Justice has sued 30 states and DC for access to their unreacted sensitive voter data. My law firm is fighting them in all 30 cases.

We are dedicating so many resources because these are the most important legal fights and the future of free and fair elections is at stake.

I propose a new law:

Anyone who expresses support for an offensive war shall immediately be drafted to fight in it. No exceptions and no exemptions for any reason, including disability or service as a government official in any office. Presidents and congressmen shall fight in any war they start.

You guys ever think about how, if Al Gore had been president on 9/11, we might be energy independent now? I wish I didn’t.

I don't support Gavin Newsom for POTUS 28 because he won't tax billionaires (among other reasons).

Their guy said he'd pardon the J6 insurrectionists--and then shockingly did it.

I haven't heard any potential Democratic candidate promise to pardon everybody arrested for protesting ICE.

That'd go a long way toward showing me they're opposition and not just controlled.

These soldiers have lost their lives because of the Epstein files.

Massie on Newsmax: "We're not getting the answers we need from Pam Bondi. I just spent 3 hours at the DOJ this week looking at the unredacted files. And I'm finding evidence of files they haven't released yet." (Note that the Newsmax anchor agrees with him!)

Thank you for the reply. I guess I'm not as optimistic about the long-term consequences.

Ireland urged to assist Cyprus if it invokes EU mutual defence clause Ahead of the Irish presidency of the Council of the European Union, experts say Ireland should be ready to defend a fellow EU state under attack

One neutral EU country wondering how it can (and whether it should) help another neutral EU country.
I have said for years that neutrality in Europe will come increasingly under pressure.

Russia is aiding Iran’s war effort by providing intel on US military targets, sources say | CNN Politics Russia is providing Iran with intelligence about the locations and movements of American troops, ships and aircraft, according to multiple people familiar with US intelligence reporting on the issue, ...

Super shocking. Given that Russia helped our enemies during Vietnam, Korea, and both gulf wars, who could have guessed this would happen. www.cnn.com/2026/03/06/p...

Nice instrument voice choices and arrangements, especially the acoustic sounds (percussion, plucked strings, Gaelic-influenced [to my ears] drones, Peter Gabriel-like glass chime synth on 'Atlas', etc.).

How would Iranians feel about combat between American troops (with air cover and sea bombardment) fighting the 1 million (claimed) combined forces of the IRGC and Basij Militia on the streets of their own cities and towns?

It's the scenario I originally commented on. Seems like a very bad thing.

I do not have certainty Iranians (what percent is needed to make the statement true? 100%?) are opposed to war. Instead, I observe most people worldwide are opposed to war. It's the leaders and the powerful who are pro-war - a small minority. Let me ask you a question from your Iranian expertise:

Is it your position Americans are historically well informed? I don't think it is, but rather that we are having a miscommunication because of our differing backgrounds and sensitivities. FWIW, I worked with an American forced to leave Iran in '79 with his Iranian wife. I'm open to learning more.

"I'd bet" is a phrase criticizing the commonly seen historical ignorance and myopia of Americans, and was not meant to say much about Iranians. When the bar is low, and one is a native, one generally has a better idea about history than demonstrably ignorant people. Native Americans, for example.

Yep. 35 new black Chevy Tahoes were just dropped off at Whipple yesterday. Report from Maryland on Bsky said 100 cars from there were headed to Minnesota. If ICE was leaving, they'd stop shipping new vehicles there, don't you think?

Nice. I've got a 1984 Custom Shop version with Kahler trem and an original Dirty Fingers at the bridge and 2 single coils mid and at the neck. I love the neck (skinny as hell) and tone. But its paint job is not nearly as cool as this one picture in the OP.

Amusing. I'm a fan of both Blondie and Black Sabbath.

As a musician, I'm amused by the drummer's hard rock/metal double kick beats during the Call Me (disco) segments. I wonder is he unable to play any other way or is he intentionally messing with it. P.S. Clem Burke was a versatile drum god. πŸ™‚

Kristi Noem’s firing could have a chilling effect on cabinet members’ ability to award nine-figure no-bid contracts to their cronies.

As Xeynon pointed out, Iraq and Afghanistan didn't go well, where they likewise hated their governments (can probably add Libya to that list, too). Invading Iran will likely not provide as many sympathizers and supporters as warhawks in the U.S. imagine they'll find.

Nobody likes having their cities bombed, and their children killed while in school, by a foreign power no matter how much they hate their own government. And unlike many Americans, I'd bet most Iranians have a good understanding of what happened in 1953 and 1979 thanks to the U.S. and U.K.

We have a depraved, rogue President who has no boundaries and the GOP IS TOO COWARDLY to put up guardrails like Gen. Milley and Gen. Kelly did. The criminals running our country are now totally okay with our troops dying in an illegal and forever war. Immigrants are dying in our concentration camps.

The Most Chilling Detail in the U.S. Attack on an Iranian Naval Ship The Iranian warship was taking part in an international exercise with many other countriesβ€”including the United States.

This is a chilling crime. A shame on our country. The Iranian ship was unarmed. The US knew this. The sailors were murdered by our navy, and the survivors were left to die at sea.
