To avoid confusion moving forward, we will begin deleting posts with outdated information, such as those about split shipping and previous bundles.

Please read the following thread carefully, as we’ve revamped quite a bit regarding stretch goals, merch, and the zine itself. We’ve also included an updated timeline.

Dear Supporters—

Thank you for your continued patience as we get ready to relaunch our store. Based on input from our new moderator team as well as all our contributors, we’ve made additional changes over the last 72 hours.

72 hours may seem like a long time, but we want to give our new mods plenty of space to crunch numbers without pressure.

Thank you for your patience. We know that your confidence in the team has taken hits, but we believe firmly in this new team’s ability to deliver.

Fourth, our new financial and shipping mods are hard at work. Within 72 hours, we will provide buyers an updated timeline, including when POs will reopen, how long they will run, and any changes to the shipping timeline.

Natsumi (@Toki_Natsumi on Twitter) will be stepping in as our shipping mod. They will handle shipment not just locally to the US but worldwide. Our socmed and formatting mods remain unchanged.

Vic (@blueistblur on Twitter) will be stepping in as our financial mod. Over the next 48 hours, they will help us restructure our financial situation to ensure we are able to deliver all current orders. They will also manage the shop and all revenue.

Second, all refund requests will be honored. If you have requested a refund, you will receive it.

Third, effective immediately:
Poorva (@miniemizu on Twitter) has stepped down as head, shipping and finance mod.

First, we want all buyers to know that we are fully committed to fulfilling existing orders, and we are confident that we will be able to do so. We have decided to ship all items from the US. Those who paid double shipping costs will be refunded the difference.

Over the past 24 hours, the Elythria team has discussed the zine’s future with numerous contributors. We are pleased to tell you the outcome of those conversations now.

In the meantime, we encourage you to share your questions and opinions in our DMs, via mail, and through the anonymous ask box [http://phaideizine.tumblr.com/ask].

We completely understand buyers' concerns and are actively collecting feedback to which we will provide a detailed response within the following days.

This decision will allow us to restructure and address the issues regarding shipping, pricing, and product cost calculations, with the intention of making the zine more affordable to everyone. We will be refunding the difference in costs.

Following the suggestions of our buyers and contributors, we have decided to pause the pre-orders for the time being. We guarantee the orders placed up to this point remain valid and will be fulfilled at no additional cost regardless of the state of our shop.
