I think there's too much conflict around class pruning and addon removal for people to get excited to play the game again.
A lot of people I know login to the game, see that they need to remake their UI and then just log off

I know a lot of guilds are doing it for 1m at the moment mine included so if you guys paid for anything more than that then that's super unfortunate and even more annoying.
