i was able to make it through exactly One year of freelancing, and even that was not paying rent. i love art, im confident one day there will be Something for me. perhaps short films? of my own design

this is sort of what i've been wondering/assuming after the past few years of looking at the industry

i'm glad i didn't lose myself to trying to impress large studios a couple of years ago, because i definitely think your words ring true.
