There was a foraging stand at our local market, it's super hard to find chicken of the woods in general!

Okay so I know this doesn't LOOK like a flex but Elio made gluten free "katsudon" with Chicken of the Woods i.e mushrooms. This is a fully vegan meal you're looking at and it was so good 😭

We did 😭 and honestly, I was gobsmacked by everything.

I...hard mixed feelings? Like some of it is fun, funny, visually impressive. Then other moments lag, or feel very on the nose. This feels like maybe if you like 'what we do in the shadows', but want something slightly more dry then it's for you. Thoughts?
