A few upgrades to the sites linear optimisation tool in advance of GW29

- Sensitivity Analysis added!
- Chip plans now solved at once, rather than sequentially
- Solver setting interface updated
- Live output + ability to exit solves early added

The Chip Timing function now has the Assistant Manager chip integrated.

This is the last of the 5 milestones, though there are still a few bits and pieces to tidy up

I'd suggest considering risk preferences when timing chips, as there will be big swings based on activation

For the first time in the last 6 years Man City are not 1st by this measure, but in fact 3rd behind Arsenal (1st) & Liverpool (2nd).

Elite64 managers were less keen to start with Salah, but were quicker to pick him up for GW4/5, and much keener to double up with Haaland for that period.

AE64 managers were quicker to drop Haaland for Salah in GW10.
