She broke down crying, clearly desperate, because it has been a while since her doctor let her see him let alone give her any refills, so me and the pharmacy tech were sobbing together with this poor lady, I truly hope she's ok

I'm not even in the US and the state of affairs is making me cry. I just interpreted a call for this poor elderly lady who recently lost her husband to a heart attack and she's terrified of dying because nobody will take her insurance and everyone keeps refusing her blood pressure meds.
