Yeah, for some reason the colour of Sonic's eyes is just not something I've ever thought about. Wasn't in the fandom when the change came down. If you'd asked me what colour his eyes were I'd've probably been like... Blue? 'Cause he's blue?

To me it read as:
Enemy creature has weird mind powers + Sonic goes inside the creature + disorientation + eye colour change + ambiguously sinister "never felt better" + word MONSTER in the title of next issues = Sonic has OBVIOUSLY been mind-controlled or corrupted somehow.

Just been having a listen to this @chrismcfeely.bsky.social and, in defence of @demontomatodave.bsky.social, as someone who's never read these issues before and is only now learning about the green-eyed Sonic change being a thing. I did 1000% read this as a Mr Hyde situation.

Not sure, I'm afraid. I don't know much about the production side of it. I will say there's no new content in it - it's us reading old statements and doing a bit of a live Q&A - so it'll be a real good time for folks that can make it, but nothing to have big time FOMO over.
