I just dunno what to do. I did at one point have a bunch of different lactation meds I shoved in my face daily but those are gone and idk if those even worked. I did see an increase of milk in that time but idk if it was my normal cycle or not. Sorry for this vent I'm just really down rn cuz of this

Maybe I'm just crazy but it feels that no matter what I do to increase my milk supply it seems to have the opposite affect. I can't go to a lactation consultant either cuz they all have this form I have to fill out asking when the baby is due and like...there is no baby, I induced myself.

Had a massive dinner and belly won't stop gurgling and making a ton of sound, someone should rub my belly ~🥴

Alright y'all here's an update for these pills! So I ran out of these pills about 2 weeks ago (this week+last week I've taken none as they're gone) and I got them way back on September 5th! Now I have seen, and well as my friends noticed, an insane amount of growth since going on these. #macromastia
