Course set up done, now a rest before I have to run then funnel manage... No problem normally but I donated blood yesterday. When I donated whole blood it never affected my running, now I'm platelets and plasma it takes me a couple of days to recover π€· #parkrun #jesmonddene #nhsblooddonation
