Where do you see a "tail pointing away from the Sun" in this image? I only see a small coma with a central condensation which appears somewhat elongated because this is the instrument's point spread function, shown in the lower right.

Interstellar comet 3I Atlas from all clear filter data from PUNCH's WFI3 satellite on October 29th. This is the combination of 134 separate images. It's again visible in single frames (moving coming next). Probably visual magnitude ~9.5ish.

Any chance of putting everything in a single - then pretty densely packed - October plot. Caution, Zhang & Battams plot the brightness at a constant 1 au distance from the observer. (But this against time, not log(r) - wonder what the light curve would look like if plotted that traditional way).
