That moment where you bump your chin on the ground while trying to do a new dance move but assure your partner that it wasn't hard enough to get a bruise. And then wake up the next day to a bruised chin. Definitely not me. Nope.

Last night I dreamt that big blue crab people appeared on Earth and were killing everyone. However, it was a Medusa situation, if you didn't look or listen directly to them, you would survive. What would Freud say about that?

Removing people who speak out against you is fascism. As an artist and as an American, this is so troubling.

So there is a reason why food isn't allowed on the PATH. I got on a mostly empty train and figured I had time to eat a quick yogurt. Which I did. Which inspired the gal next to me to eat her granola bar. Which then inspired the woman across from us to pull out a FULL EAR OF CORN and eat it. FAFO.

Went to the old vintage store I used to frequent in college today and was delighted to hear that The Doors is still the only music they play in there. (It's been twenty years.)

Muscle memory is a crazy thing. Today my dance partner and I tried a move we haven't done since pre-2020. After 2 tries, we nailed it. I can't even describe what my body did, but it was *in* there.

Wasn't able to attend a protest this weekend due to scheduling conflicts but absolutely LOVED seeing the large numbers of people on the subways and PATH with signs traveling to and from. Keep it up!

Today in my play analysis class, we came to the conclusion that Coachella fits the criteria of a post-modern theater piece.
