does anyone have any recommendations for cheap simple HTML webhosting that doesn't have terms and conditions that restrict what kind of art you can host? nekoweb's rules target the kind of stuff i do and i'm doubtful that neocities will be much better.

i was originally planning to draw a higheffortish multicolor final panel for this one to indicate the end of the arc. i decided this was more in line thematically. in my experience these sorts of things dont end they just stop
