Without leader accountability, meritocracy can become a rhetorical cover for maintaining the status quo, allowing power and rewards to concentrate among those with influence rather than those with merit.

#Sad to see leadership deciding to use premature capitulation instead of courage to counter the bullying and lawlessness.

They know better.
