Some heavy news today. We are sadly parting with 10 members of our development team. Details in the statement from our CEO and creative director, below.

Hawk is waiting for the squirrel it knows likes to visit the feeder.
Small songbirds = tiny snack.
Squirrel = a decent meal.

(We have a pair of red-tailed hawks that watch our feeders the same way- they tend to leave the little birbs at them alone too- unless they take off and fly too close.)

She is adorable- we've caught her on the trail cams many times. But as cute as she is- we do wish she would find a new home. 🦨

So she was there when I went out to get the mail, noticed the prints, backed up slowly and went back inside. Pretty sure she uses the stairs as a shelter from bad weather or to hide from the local hawk couple, is used to us humans and only stinks the area up during mating season.

Trust me, I do not want to pet the pretty little striped kitty who lives on my property, and who visited the other day when the weather warmed up enough to melt some of the snow off. Little paw prints leading up to and under the stairs- but not out the other side.

This is actually quite brilliant, up to and including the final sentence 🔥

As someone from the area, I am not sure why people would want to travel to Moon Twp., but it can be done.

(Just curious- my Gramma had a meat tenderizer made from a huge wooden spoon, and military boot tread from my Grampa's old boots- we never asked if it was "clean"- it just made swiss steak really tender. She just used what she had to create what she couldn't afford to buy.)

Yeah, I was just curious if the spoon bowl (being bigger) affected it. But I love that some jewelry maker needed a hammer, and just used what they had or could find.

listening to the scanner, lots of fender benders and people reporting their shovels stolen from their porches. Kinda gotta laugh at people wanting to file police reports for "stolen" snow shovels- when it's more likely the snow shovel is in someone's backyard next to the trash cans the wind
