Hope... This Is The Way.

I grew up watching #TheMuppetShow as a kid. It was the only thing on TV that everyone in my family could agree on. So, we always watched it as a family. 40 years later, I'm sitting here watching it with my family as a father. I'd be lying if I said I didn't get a little misty eyed during the theme.

We just finished watching the new episode of #TheMuppetShow & it was OUTSTANDING! My son & I have been fan-casting future guests for over an hour, & he suggested @markhamillofficial.bsky.social. To which I replied "Yeah! He'd be great... again!" I think I blew his little mind. 😆

Today I have the day off work and my son has the off school as well. Guess what we're watching for the 17th time....

I know of a certain nation that could use a little Nazi clobbering courtesy of Superman right about now. 🫤

As a kid in 1978, Christopher Reeve made me believe in heroes. As a father in 2025, David Corenswet made me believe in hope again, & reminded us to always show kindness to each other in these dark times. They are equally great & special to me for two different reasons.

I’m so excited they’re bringing back The Muppet Show!

I'll be staying up to midnight tonight not to see the new year in, but to make sure the old one leaves.
