I put off having dinner so I could take care of a couple of things, but Penny started meowing at me (sounding quite annoyed) until she saw me retrieve food for myself. Now she is satisfied. Silly but thoughtful kitty 🧡

If someone named their kid Pteradactyl, their nickname could be Ptera. You’d never know it had a silent P just by hearing someone say it aloud.

No more cast!! My updated x-rays came back perfect so they were able to send me home with a temporary brace and some exercises for my wrist. Such a relief~ 🌟

No surgery needed!! I feel so relieved. When they asked me to pick a color for my cast, I felt like a little kid. 😺 I went with purple! 💜

Huzzah! I was supposed to wait another 2 weeks to see the hand surgeon (broke my wrist last week) but they were able to fit me in their schedule tomorrow. 🥺 Whew.

My preferred way to rest/recover: full mug of tea, kitty napping nearby, comfy blanket, and dozing off on the sofa with Bob Ross videos on the tv. 😴
