Sad to announce that I am going to be ending The Radiance Films Podcast, at least for the foreseeable future. It was a great time, and I met some amazing people, but I have some things in my personal life that will need my focus. Thanks to all that listened, maybe I can bring it back some day.

Well the infamous “two thumbs down” review by Siskel & Ebert will shine some light, most contemporary reviews were not favourable, and even now a lot of people I respect see it as a mid-tier Lynch.

Lost Highway is so good. It was a favourite of mine for many, many years, and I’m happy that more people are starting to appreciate it. Such a powerful examination of male toxicity, jealousy and obsession. It’s the Vertigo of the 90s.

I’m genuinely so fucking sad. A “celebrity” death has never really affected me like this before. Lynch was a titan, one of the first filmmakers I fell in love with as a teenager. An incredible human. The world was a better place for having him, and a darker place now without him. His art is eternal.
