The reason why Threads failed and this platform has potential is because we show our personalities and often our alter egos on here and sometimes we donβt want to associate our instagram with what we say on here

Has it produced results? No. Heβs still bleeding points in the 1 percentile, but you canβt fault the Nets for trying.
This is what weβre going to see in the future if/when they replace CT, if youβre the weakest link, theyβll have assignments to guard

Cam Thomas is going thru a role change on defense this season
First 3 seasons, he was being hidden as βlow activityβ, but now heβs a βchaserβ meaning heβs actively guarding off-ball guards
His only positive skills on D are chasing shooters and screen nav, so I think itβs been good deployment

Dalton Knecht is a player but it rips my brains out when people bring the age discourse
Heβs doing what made him special in college, but he also hasnβt addressed his concerns either, especially as a defender/connective passer
Until I see improvement, heβs still regular to me

Cam Thomas isn't getting traded because nobody will want him
Unfortunately, he's still not good and an impending FA. Why would any team want to trade any semblance of assets for that?
For the sake of putting out a product to sell to the fanbase, they should keep him (he's also good for the tank)

The Giants Offense with Tommy Devito starting: 29th in EPA/Play
Defense: 10th in EPA/Play
I'm confused as to why Devito is getting blamed for playing themselves out of a QB (They passed on Nix, McCarthy, and Penix by the way)
The offense was still atrocious under him. The defense won them games

It's a collective failure by the Giants FO on the margins but explained in detail. The fortunate part is they made out a really strong offseason with the tools they had. But they had limited tools for the hiccups they did in year's past

The Giants were right to let Saquon walk but that's a side effect b/c they had so much money tied to Daniel Jones and the OL
They had to pay the OL because guys like Evan Neal were a bust, they couldn't draft
So even if their decisions were warranted, it's a chain reaction

Also I think given Laddβs strengths and weaknesses, the Chargers were smart to deploy him in the slot to make plays in MOF
With OTs, thereβs nuance there too but as of late itβs just as simple as if youβre good or not

With how easy it is to trade for a WR, and find gems like the Chargers did with Ladd in the 2nd round
Thatβs why I prefer drafting an OT > WR high and Iβd pay them first too.
Lower supply means higher demand even though I think an elite OT and an elite WR both benefit an offense

Of course, they don't move the same, they're two distinct human beings. But if you were to read the scouting report on what make Ace Bailey awesome and his improvement areas, you'll find yourself in a similar spot to what Jabari did a few years ago. This was a guy who some people had over Chet/Paolo

Rightfully so, Jabari Smith in the league has scared a lot of people when it comes to watching Ace Bailey. It's not like Jabari was some scrub either, he was the leading scorer for a team that finished top 10 in the nation as an 18 year old. Shot 40% from 3
I think Bailey's a better shotmaker tho

any other scoring prospect I've ever evaluated.
He hasn't done any space creation buckets (at least not yet) but the lack of wasted movements and OTD shooting makes him a lethal offensive player

Lack of rim volume at the college level is always a red flag, it means you can't bend a college defense. But man Tre Johnson's scoring ability, especially off the dribble, is something I want to bet on
What is selling me his how tight and creative his handle is. He's the closest to DBook than

The only way you can get by this is having a historic shotmaking season. That's why I loved Sensabaugh as a prospect, and other than him, I've faded all the others who've followed. Nobody has done well in the league (at least offensively) with these concerns. It's a bad sign against college defenses
16.11.2024 00:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0
There's hardly any bigger red flags to me than the label "tough shot maker". Why do you think someone takes tough shots? It's either a skill concern (no handle), athleticism concern (can't get to the basket), or a shot selection concern (feel)

The worst thing about NBA Twitter is the aggregator accounts. They not only repurpose other people's work, they force the discourse to be about gossipy drivel like "Chandler Parsons says ____ about ____, do you agree?!?" I'm begging y'all, starve those accounts out. Do not support them.
