The call is UTTER BOLLOCKS! This is not true. Don't trust them. Politely disengage and don't speak to them.

They recently just told me that after donating regularly for most of my life I’m now too old (77). I feel rather hurt, but also partly relieved because travelling by bus to the hospital is extremely inconvenient, and I’ve never particularly enjoyed the process.
