5 yrs ago today I testified before Senate Finance to talk about OregonSaves, the first state-sponsored IRA program for workers w/o a retirement plan in the US. Today, over 134k Oregonians have saved over $353M through this program. I'm excited to watch it continue to grow in the yrs to come.

Heidi and I went to another great Hatfield Lecture Series event, this time with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones as the featured guest. She very eloquently said that "if the arc of history is to bend toward justice, it will be because we bend it." #nerddatenight
