There will be a voting dashboard VERY soon in #Saanich.
There were five votes on the motion regarding the QMP.
The revised land use vote was 5-4 with Cllrs. Brice, Brownoff, Chambers, Westhaver opposed.
All other votes were 8-1 with Cllr. Chambers opposed.
There were 2 amendments:
Focus the density reductions in the plan to Quadra North quadrant.
Council will get a check-in of the revised Draft Plan before it goes out for more public engagement.
We expect plan back in +/- 3 months for review.

On Monday #Saanich Council (8-1) advanced the staff recommendations regarding the next draft of the Quadra-McKenzie Plan.
As such we will not be reducing any McKenzie lanes and will look to working on bus lanes in the future in consultation with BC Transit.
